Service Description

Trick training is a fun, low-pressure way to build your bond with your dog while providing mental enrichment and movement. In this class, you’ll learn how to teach a variety of foundation and novelty tricks, including: Paws up Peekaboo / Middle Spin Hoop jump Leg weaves Roll out a carpet And more! This class is intentionally kept small to allow for a high level of individualized coaching. Only 6 active participant spots are available. Class details: Cost: $200 total $172 class tuition $28 DMTYD Novice Trick Dog title fee (includes PDF of certificate) Duration: 4 weeks Location: Online via Zoom (all sessions will be recorded) Supplies: A list of required supplies will be emailed prior to the first class

Cancellation Policy

*Private Training: 24 hours notice prior to appointment is required for all cancellations and rescheduling or your session is forfeited. You may reschedule up to 2 times otherwise you forfeit the session. We do understand that emergencies occur, and at times an appointment may need to be cancelled or rescheduled. Should an emergency arise, we request that a minimum of 24 hours’ notice be given. In the event that 24 hours’ notice is not given, the following applies: 1. The first cancellation with less than 24 hours’ notice is noted, but not penalized. 2. Future cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged accordingly. If your pet has a package of sessions, one session will be marked as used. If your pet is not on a package, you will be charged for the single session that was missed. The only time we will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness, extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstance. If you are unsure, please contact mallory@engineeringoptimismdogtraining.com for further guidance. As a courtesy, we will email to confirm your service the day prior to your appointment. However, if we are unable to reach you, it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals and missed appointments. In assuring you have an efficient and wonderful training experience with Engineering Optimism Dog Training, L.L.C. please login to your zoom session at or before your scheduled appointment time. Late arrivals will be rescheduled after 15 minutes with a $15 fee and a forfeit of that session. If you no-show an appointment, you will forfeit that session. *Group Class: Please be advised when purchasing group classes that refunds are granted on a very limited basis. 72 hours notice prior to the scheduled start of class is required for all cancellations. In the event that 72 hours’ notice is not given, the class fee will be charged accordingly. The only time we will waive this fee is in the event of serious or contagious illness, extreme weather or other unavoidable circumstance. If you are unsure, please contact mallory@engineeringoptimismdogtraining.com for further guidance.
