VIRTUAL DOG TRAINING

Engineering Optimism offers virtual training for you and your dog. From the comfort of your own home, I will coach you through custom training and/or behavior modification plans while checking in with you along the way to ensure that all learners are set up for success.

My aim is to help you better understand your dog, focus on building desirable behaviors, and build confidence in your relationship. Together, we can work to achieve training goals and I hope to engineer a little optimism along the way!

I am here to help with:

  • Manners (loose leash walking, jumping, recall, etc.)

  • Tricks and trick titles through Do More With Your Dog

  • Puppies (house training, crate training, nipping, socialization, manners)

  • Foundation and preventative  cooperative care (start button behaviors, nail boards, at home husbandry)

  • Dog directed reactivity*

*Reactivity caseload will be limited and reviewed on a case by case basis.

If you are unsure if what you are looking to work on is within my wheelhouse, please send me a message

What Clients Say

"I took the novice trick class as a way of learning a few new tricks for my dog and I came out so inspired to see him thrive. I realize that it wasn’t just about him learning new tricks but more about me learning how to support him when he got stuck. He is usually very scared to try new things, but I was so impressed at how Mallory was able to help me whenever she saw him struggle. She gave me different options to try that were successful in him learning the tricks and I was so proud to see how confident he was performing the tricks at the end of the class. She is very knowledgeable about some of the challenges and fears small dogs have so the tips she gave me were very helpful not just for the class but for everyday life.

I really liked that her classes are small, so she is able to focus her attention on all the students. She reached out to me a few times outside of class to make sure we were doing ok and offered help. I am looking forward to taking more of her classes!"
